Meet the Team

Dr. Scott Thompson has dedicated his career to exploring a more thoughtful approach to dentistry, one that recognizes the important connection between oral health and overall wellness.

Throughout his career, Dr. Thompson often wondered if there was more to dentistry than what was commonly taught or widely known. Driven by curiosity and a desire to better understand the impact oral health can have on the entire body, he began diving deeper into the biological side of dentistry. What he discovered fascinated him and ultimately transformed the way he approaches patient care.

With advanced training in biological dentistry, safe mercury amalgam removal, and aesthetic dental techniques, Dr. Thompson combines science, innovation, and a whole-body perspective to provide care that is both gentle and transformative. His goal is to help patients make informed decisions about their oral health while offering treatment options designed with both their smile and overall well-being in mind.

Dr. Donna Galante is a board-certified orthodontist with over 35 years of experience in practice and recognition as a top 1% provider of Invisalign. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she earned both her dental degree and her specialty certification in orthodontics, she also served for eight years as a clinical instructor in Penn’s Department of Orthodontics, twice voted "Instructor of the Year." She continues to teach as a guest lecturer at Harvard University School of Dentistry and has been a faculty member for Invisalign since 2011, lecturing nationally and internationally to over 10,000 doctors and their teams.

Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming and brings seventeen years of leadership and business management experience to Eagle Natural Dentistry. With twelve years in patient care, she is deeply passionate about the people she serves. Her goal is to ensure an exceptional patient experience every time — and to make Eagle Natural Dentistry the employer of choice for the dental industry in the Treasure Valley. Kelly is a proud mother to her grown son and daughter. When she's not at the office, you'll find her traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Shanté brings years of experience in dental practice management and patient care coordination to her role as Assistant Manager. She is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient, with a strong background in team leadership, operations, and exceptional customer service. Outside of the office, Shanté enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and dancing to live music.
